Writer's Corner #3 Taking Breaks I: The Effects of Stress "None of us like stress-" is that a reasonable statement? While each of us handles the stress of our daily lives differently, the negative effects stress has on health stays the same. It prevents you from feeling happy and makes hobbies feel more like a chore. In fact, you could even compare being under a lot of stress to a sort of mini-depression. Heck, it might even be the cause of depression for some people.
